RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

Our refund policy is ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this period.  If there happens to be any problem with your order(s), please email us 24 hours from when the order(s) was received at: Queenslounge@yahoo.com  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Special circumstances that require return:

If you received the wrong Item.
Wrong color.
Wrong inches.

REFUNDS FOR BOOKING / STORE PRODUCTS
 

PRODUCTS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, 2-10 business days. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at queenslounge@yahoo.com and send your item to 1690 FM 423, ROOM 8312 FRISCO TEXAS 75033.

BOOKINGS/ CACELATIONS / RSCHEDULING: 

Hair INCLUDED FOR ALL SERVICES EXCLUDING SOME CROCHET STYLE 

*Cancellation/ RESCHEDULING Policy: Required Deposit MUST be made to seal appointment within 24 hours of booking. Failure to pay the required deposit WILL lead appointment TO BE automatically canceled after 24 hours of booking. Clients can call to cancel OR reschedule within 24 Hours of booking to get a refund for the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. Thank You.

​Any Cancelation and Rescheduling Made After 24 HOUR Of Booking Will Not Be REFUNDED.

SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING


Our products are shipped within 2-5 business Days using the following carriers: USPS, FEDEX, UPS.  To return your product, you should mail your product to:(1690 FM 423, ROOM 8312 FRISCO TEXAS 75033). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

 If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
