RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

Our refund policy is ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this period.  If there happens to be any problem with your order(s), please email us 24 hours from when the order(s) was received at : Queenslounge@yahoo.com  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Special circumstances that requires return:

If you received the wrong Item.
Wrong color.
Wrong inches.

REFUNDS


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, 2-10 business  days. 

EXCHANGES


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at queenslounge@yahoo.com and send your item to (1424 Haslett rd, room  #209 East Lansing Michigan 48823

 

SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING


Our products are shipped within 2-5 business Days using the following carriers: USPS, FEDEX, UPS.  To return your product, you should mail your product to:(1424 Haslett rd, room  #209 East Lansing Michigan 48823 . You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable, If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to be delivered may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
